sustainability is at the core of everything we do at Sylvan Farm. We operate in a way that sustains the environment, the animals, and the long-term existence of the farm itself. On the Pastures at Sylvan Farm, we raise Certified Animal Welfare Approved pork and beef. Our cattle are Certified Grass Fed. In the Garden, we grow USDA Certified Organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. Beyond our certifications, we follow principles of land management and rotation that ensure the promotion of the health of both our animals and land.
